I managed the construction of a man camp with Iraqi subcontract craft labor and Lebanese subcontract engineering design team for an airfield lighting scheme at Tallil AF, Iraq.  This contract was in the $21 million range, fixed price, and guaranteed fee.

 

I monitored the Quality Control program at a Vendor’s Trailer Manufacturing Facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia during the manufacturer of 700 re-locatable buildings for the Army Corps of Engineers.

I monitored all aspects of the manufacturing process that involved approx. 120 craft within the Saudi subcontractor’s production facility. Contract in $14 million range, fixed price.

 

I was an Area Manager supervising the construction of an Outside Cable Plant (Fiber & Copper) at Ali Al Salem, Kuwait (36 man holes and 55K linear ft of 6 and 12 way duct to 95 building entrances). I managed Indian subcontract craft labor and Kuwati subcontract engineering design team. It was my responsibility to enhance and establish outside plant technical standards. I coordinated with the concerned Departments for the preparation of OSP basic design.I performed various engineering and project management tasks related to the relocation and upgrade of various existing outside plant fiber optic cable and facilities on the Network.

I was the Design Manager supervising the survey and remediation design of an Outside Cable Plant (Fiber & Copper) at Ballad AB (Anaconda), Iraq. I was responsible for all phases of OSP design for the Fluor OSP Engineering and Construction department and produced most of the equipment orders for  the OSP material.
